We offer three Excel tools for purchase: ROC analysis (ROC curve) [1, curve, 2 curves] and the Passing Bablok regression.

You can request these tools via email (info@acomed-statistik.de). The cost is €20 plus VAT (if applicable) per tool.

Small print: Summary

Please note: Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the statistics tools and the cleanliness of the files with regard to computer viruses. So far, no problems have occurred. However, ACOMED cannot accept liability in the event that the use of the tools produces erroneous results or that the files are infected with computer viruses.

ACOMED statistik points out that it assumes no liability whatsoever for the results obtained with these tools (see disclaimer below). Furthermore, it is explicitly stated that these tools should be used for preliminary investigations or to generate graphs, but not for generating results that have consequences (studies, main project results, approvals, etc.).

The following terms and conditions apply:

This is software. It is usually sent via email within one business day. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. Payment is generally made via PayPal.

Payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

If the customer is more than 21 working days late with payment despite being given a grace period, ACOMED is entitled to charge interest at the usual bank rate.

Warranty disclaimer: The product is supplied as is, without any warranty; this disclaimer applies without limitation to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The user bears all risk regarding the quality and performance of the product. Should the product prove to be defective in any respect, the user, and not ACOMED, shall bear all costs for maintenance or repair. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the product meets their requirements. Use of the product is permitted only upon acceptance of this disclaimer.

Limitation of liability: Under no circumstances and under any legal theory, whether civil, contractual, or otherwise, shall ACOMED be liable to you or any person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the product, including, without limitation, damages for loss of reputation, business interruption, computer failure or malfunction, or any commercial damages or losses, even if ACOMED has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This disclaimer of liability does not apply to liability for circumstances caused by ACOMED's negligence, to the extent that applicable law prohibits such limitations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; accordingly, this exclusion or limitation may not apply in such cases. ACOMED is not liable for any legal claims arising out of any product content provided by the user or a third party, or material that users may access through such product content.

Cancellation policy, right of withdrawal

You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons by sending written notice (e.g., letter, fax, email). The cancellation period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this notice. Consequences of revocation

In the event of a valid cancellation, both parties must return any services received. This means you will delete the software tools from your storage device. ACOMED will then refund the purchase price.
